奥特奇天津工厂荣获 AEO 高级认证，强化全球供应链安全与可持续发展能力

奥特奇天津工厂，即奥特奇天津生物制品有限公司，近日正式通过中国海关总署“经认证的经营者”（Authorized Economic Operator，缩写AEO）高级认证，这是奥特奇在推进全球供应链战略与践行可持续发展承诺进程中的又一重要里程碑。

天津奥特奇生物制品有限公司自 2009 年起扎根于天津宁河经济开发区，占地面积 27,000 平方米，是奥特奇在亚洲最大的生产基地。公司累计投资 1 亿元人民币，建成 6 条现代化生产线，年产能达 62,000 吨。天津奥特奇工厂已通过 ISO 22000 认证，对从供应商评估到成品发运的每一个环节实施严格管控。

AEO，即“经认证的经营者”，是世界海关组织为保障全球贸易安全与便利化推行的重要制度。AEO高级认证授予在合规管理、风险防控、安全管控及运营治理方面表现卓越的企业。这项认证对企业的内部控制、守法合规、信用管理及贸易安全等方面设置了严格标准，是企业在国际贸易舞台上的“金字招牌”。

AEO 高级认证将为奥特奇带来包括通关优先等一系列便利措施，有效提升物流效率，减少运输与仓储环节中因延误产生的资源与能源消耗，助力打造更加低碳、高效的供应链体系。

奥特奇天津生物制品有限公司的AEO认证项目于 2024 年 11 月启动。认证期间，奥特奇中国多部门协同推进，通过严格的内部评估、持续的流程优化，并对标国际最佳实践，进一步夯实了天津工厂在管理体系、安全措施与合规框架方面的基础，为企业的国际化、可持续运营提供了有力支撑。

奥特奇天津生产基地已于 2025 年 9 月正式获得 AEO 高级认证。2026 年 1 月 7 日，奥特奇中国生产运营经理郭振威代表公司，在天津宁河海关正式接受了该认证证书。

This important program is promoted by the World Customs Organization to enhance security and facilitate global trade. AEO Advanced Certification is granted to enterprises that demonstrate excellence in compliance management, risk prevention, security control and operational governance. This certification sets stringent standards for internal controls, legal compliance, credit management and trade security, and is recognized as a hallmark of trust and credibility for companies operating on the global trade stage.

AEO Advanced Certification provides tangible benefits, including priority customs clearance and enhanced trade facilitation. These advantages improve logistics efficiency, lower carbon-intensive delays in transportation and warehousing, and contribute to more sustainable supply chain operations.

The AEO certification initiative was launched in November 2024 and involved close collaboration across multiple functions within Alltech China. Through rigorous internal reviews, continuous process optimization, and alignment with international best practices, Alltech Tianjin further strengthened its management systems, security measures, and compliance framework — key foundations for sustainable international operations.

The Tianjin production facility officially received AEO Advanced Certification in September 2025. On January 7, 2026, Matt Kwok, operations manager at Alltech China, formally accepted the certificate on behalf of the company from Ninghe Customs in Tianjin.

Recognized internationally as a trusted “green channel” for trade, AEO status strengthens Alltech’s credibility with customs authorities and business partners across key global markets. It also supports Alltech’s broader environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives by reinforcing compliance, transparency and risk prevention throughout the supply chain.

Beyond operational efficiencies, the certification process has driven further standardization and continuous improvement across Alltech’s internal systems, enhancing governance, strengthening data integrity, and supporting long-term business resilience.
